Handling Time (Order Processing & Dispatch)
- EPP Orders: Processing time is between 0 – 3 business days.
- Refurbished Products: Processing time is between 4 – 10 business days.
- Orders are fulfilled Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
Transit Time (After Dispatch)
- Within Bangalore: 2 – 3 days.
- Outside Bangalore: 6 – 10 days.
- Shipments are dispatched Monday – Friday only.
