Return & Refund Policy

At Edify, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it if:

The product is physically damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description on the product detail page.
The product is missing parts, accessories, or any included items.
The product is eligible for return within the first 14 days of use, even if no issues are reported.

⚠ Exceptions:

Products purchased under the EPP (Employee Purchase Program) offer are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
Products purchased as refurbished are eligible for return and refund as per this policy.

Conditions for Return

The product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
The product must not have been damaged while in your possession and must be the same item that was shipped to you.
Any device that stores personal information must have all such data removed prior to returning. Edify will not be responsible for misuse or unauthorized access to personal data.
Products purchased by mistake or due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong model, color preference) may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at contact@edify.club or call +91 9513245671 (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM).
Do not return items without authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
For certain products, Edify may schedule a technician visit to evaluate the condition of the item. The technician’s report will determine eligibility for return or replacement.

Refund Process

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. No additional fees will be charged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on Edify’s part.
A restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase cost may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products purchased under the EPP offer (non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable).
Products that have been used, customized, or are not in their original condition.
Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse by the customer.

Warranty & Service

Edify reserves the right to decide the method of service (repair, replacement, or refund) depending on product eligibility and customer location.
Service availability, replacement timelines, and response times may vary depending on your state or city.

Policy Changes

Edify may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for updates.

Company Rights

Edify reserves the right to:

Refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
Limit the number of returns or exchanges for customers with a history of excessive returns.
Determine the eligibility of a product for return, replacement, or refund at its sole discretion.
